Policies, Shipping Details, & Payment Information

U.S. Orders

  1. Your order will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
  2. Please allow 7-10 days delivery time.
  3. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.
  4. Insurance is optional and can be added to any order for $2.00 more.
    - If you do not include insurance, we will be unable to assist you with lost/damaged items.

International Orders

  1. You can choose to have your order shipped via AirMail or Global Express Mail:
    - AirMail does not include insurance.
    - Global Express Mail does include insurance.
  2. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via Air Mail.
  3. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via Global Express Mail.
  4. Please check your local laws before placing your order.
    - We can not be responsible for items seized at customs!
  5. You are responsible for all customs, taxes, and/or duty fees.
  6. By law, we can not mark the package as "gift".
  7. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.

How to Calculate Shipping Costs

  1. Add the items you want to order to the online shopping cart.
  2. View your shopping cart using the link on the top menu.
  3. Select the appropriate "Shipping To" destination.
  4. View available shipping costs within the "Shipping Method" box.

Payments by Credit Card or PayPal

    Our online shopping cart is able to accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). For those who prefer to use PayPal, our online shopping cart is also able to accept PayPal payments.

Payments by Money Order

    We gladly accept payment by Money Order through the mail. However, we do not accept personal checks. If you wish to pay by Money Order, please email us first with the items you wish to purchase along with your shipping address. We can then check availability of those items and email you back with your order total and complete payment details.

Refunds

    We offer a full refund (minus s&h) within 30 days for any order (unless otherwise specified). If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us so that we can make it right. It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order! If the need should arise to return your order, please pack it carefully and email us to receive a return authorization. We must receive your order back in the original condition that you received it in. We do not reimburse shipping costs to mail your order back to us.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

    By purchasing any item sold by Ritual Magick or Reiss Enterprises, the buyer expressly warrants that s/he is over 18 and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ritual Magick or Reiss Enterprises for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.
